Thermoplastic Materials R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities：

  1. Responsible for the R&D of new thermoplastic materials (e.g., PP, PE, ABS, PC, PA, PBT, etc.), technical upgrading, and formula optimization of existing products; complete demand analysis, formula design, process debugging, sample preparation, and performance verification; promote the industrialization transformation of R&D achievements.
  2. Conduct modification research on thermoplastic materials, optimize the selection and proportioning of fillers and additives, and improve key indicators such as material mechanical properties, heat resistance, and flame retardancy.
  3. Undertake the design, implementation, data recording, and analysis of R&D experimental schemes; draft experimental reports and other documents; establish and improve R&D technical archives.
  4. Solve technical problems arising in the production process, optimize processing parameters, improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and ensure the stability of product quality.
  5. Conduct technical research and patent analysis, answer customers' technical questions regarding product performance, application scenarios, processing technologies, etc., and assist in completing customer sample testing and product promotion.

Job Requirements：

  1. Master's degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering, Polymer Materials and Engineering or related majors.
  2. Familiar with the synthesis, modification, and processing technologies of thermoplastic polymer materials (e.g., extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, etc.); master material performance testing methods and relevant standards (e.g., tensile test, impact test, heat distortion temperature (HDT), flame retardant rating, etc.).
  3. Candidates with relevant R&D experience in thermoplastic materials are preferred.
  4. Proficient in operating R&D experimental equipment; able to read and write English technical literature.

Thermosetting Materials R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities：

  1. Responsible for the R&D of new thermosetting materials (e.g., epoxy resin, phenolic resin), technical upgrading, and formula optimization of existing products; complete demand analysis, formula design, process debugging, sample preparation, and performance verification; promote the industrialization transformation of R&D achievements.
  2. Conduct special research on curing systems, optimize additive selection and proportioning, regulate curing reactions, improve key properties such as material curing speed, temperature resistance, and adhesion, and support the advancement of team R&D projects.
  3. Undertake the design, implementation, data recording, and analysis of R&D experimental schemes; draft experimental reports, technical specifications, and other documents; establish and improve R&D technical archives.
  4. Solve technical problems related to formulas and processes, optimize production parameters, improve product qualification rates and production efficiency, and reduce costs.
  5. Track cutting-edge industry technologies and market demands, conduct technical research and patent layout, participate in patent applications, product promotion, and customer maintenance.

Robotics Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities：

  1. Core Hardware Solution Design: Assist in the auxiliary design of the electronic hardware architecture for wheeled humanoid robot systems; coordinate to complete the motherboard (e.g., cost-effective MCUs such as STM32L496), motor driver modules (CAN bus drivers adapted to chassis and joint motors), and power management systems (design of high-energy-density battery packs to meet long-term endurance requirements).
  2. Sensor Integration: Design circuit interfaces and power supply schemes for multimodal sensing devices such as LiDAR, 3D vision cameras (e.g., RGB-D435i), IMU, touch sensors, and encoders; ensure the stability of data transmission and provide basic support for the robot's environmental perception functions.
  3. Hardware Prototype Development: Draw PCB boards, complete sample soldering and testing, and verify core functions such as motor driving, sensor data collection, and main control communication.
  4. Cross-link Collaboration: Provide mechanical engineers with dimensions and heat dissipation requirements of hardware modules; offer software engineers low-level driver interfaces (e.g., ADC sampling channels, SPI communication protocols) and support for hardware troubleshooting.

Mask Material R&D Engineer

Professional Skills Requirements: Solid foundational knowledge in Chemistry, Materials Science, and Dermatology; ability to independently design formulations and processes; familiar with mask substrate materials and textile processes, and grasp the characteristics of different materials; able to design and implement skin safety, efficacy, and stability tests; understand cosmetic regulations to ensure products comply with safety and quality standards; proficient in experimental data analysis and capable of adjusting product formulations;

  3. Familiar with the medical device development process; candidates with industrialization project experience are preferred;
  4. Familiar with polymer synthesis, photopolymer resin development, and 3D printing technology; preference given to candidates familiar with polyurethanes;

Orthodontic Treatment Planning Designer

Job Responsibilities：

  1. Independently complete 3D digital dental and maxillary modeling for orthodontic cases, tooth arrangement planning, and accurate construction of invisible aligner models;
  2. Job Requirements：

  2. Possess a solid theoretical foundation in materials science, and be proficient in material synthesis, modification, and characterization technologies;
  3. Skilled in common material analysis and testing methods, such as SEM, XRD, FTIR, TGA, DSC, etc.;
  4. Have in-depth research experience in fields such as polymer materials, composite materials, nanomaterials, functional materials, or 3D printing materials;
