Materials Research Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of new materials, including but not limited to advanced composite materials, nanomaterials, and functional materials;
- Conduct material synthesis, characterization, and performance testing; analyze experimental data and optimize process parameters;
- Undertake research on formulations of new 3D printing materials, and develop high-performance printing materials suitable for various application scenarios;
- Participate in laboratory research, process scaling-up, and industrialization application research of new materials;
- Compile scientific research reports, patent applications, and academic papers, and promote the transformation of research achievements;
- Responsible for technical cooperation with domestic and foreign research institutions, universities, and enterprises; track cutting-edge trends in the field;
- Assist the company in product iteration and technological upgrading, and provide technical support related to materials;
- Participate in laboratory equipment management, maintenance, and safety management to ensure the smooth progress of experiments;
- Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Polymer Materials, Inorganic Non-Metallic Materials, Chemical Engineering, or related majors;
- Possess a solid theoretical foundation in materials science, and be proficient in material synthesis, modification, and characterization technologies;
- Skilled in common material analysis and testing methods, such as SEM, XRD, FTIR, TGA, DSC, etc.;
- Have in-depth research experience in fields such as polymer materials, composite materials, nanomaterials, functional materials, or 3D printing materials;
- Demonstrate independent research capabilities: able to formulate and implement research plans, analyze experimental data, and propose optimization solutions;
- Excellent English reading and writing skills: capable of reading international cutting-edge literature and drafting scientific papers or patents;
- Experience in project application, patent drafting, or industrialization is preferred.
Work Location: Liwan District, Guangzhou
Working Hours: 5-day, 8-hour work system
Compensation & Benefits: Basic Salary + Five Social Insurances and One Housing Fund + Paid Leave + Meal Allowance
Basic Salary: Negotiable
